2. Conversation Privacy
Conversations are anonymous and protected.
- Messages are encrypted in transit and at rest
- Conversations are not linked to your real identity
- Chat history is automatically deleted after sessions end
- We do not read your conversations except for safety moderation
Safety Moderation
Our AI system monitors conversations for:
- Crisis situations requiring immediate resources
- Harassment or harmful content
- Terms of Service violations
Human review only occurs when the AI flags serious concerns. Moderators cannot see your identity.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Matching: Connect seekers with appropriate helpers
- Safety: Detect and prevent harmful behavior
- Improvement: Analyze anonymous usage to improve the app
- Communication: Send important service updates (if email provided)
We NEVER: Sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for profiling.
4. Data Sharing
We only share data in these limited circumstances:
- Service Providers: Firebase (hosting), necessary infrastructure
- Legal Requirements: When required by law or court order
- Safety: To prevent imminent harm to users or others
We do NOT share data with:
- Advertisers

- Social media platforms
- Marketing companies

8. Children's Privacy
anonversations is intended for users 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us immediately.

Data is processed in the United States. By using anonversations, you consent to data transfer to the US. We comply with applicable data protection laws including GDPR for EU users.
